NEW: Join the first Basecamp user community

Basecamp was first released 23 years ago. Since then, through four iterations of the product, 20,000,000 people have used it to collaborate with other folks on their projects.

Our users have always been able to reach out to our friendly support team when they've run into trouble on the platform or hit a snag in their workflow. And now they can also reach out to other people who use Basecamp, and receive feedback and insight from folks who might do similar work.

Introducing the Basecamp community, the place where both long-time users and people brand new to the platform can exchange ideas about how to improve the ways they work!

Folks have shared a lot of great stuff already: from how teachers have used Basecamp to coordinate projects between staff and parents at an elementary school, to how a small start-up onboards new staff. They even post check-ins of their pets. 🐱🐶🐷🐰

We host live video AMAs with members of the 37signals team, post spotlights of community members to hear the stories behind why and how they use Basecamp, and hang out at the Watercooler to banter and brainstorm.

Community members will also find sneak peeks of features we're working on before they're released. 🤫

Ready to hop into the conversation? Head to this link, answer a few short questions, and we'll send you an invitation to join.

We hope you and your team find the community a fun and useful place to hang out. Thanks again for using Basecamp!
