New in HEY: Bubble Up – if no reply by
We're introducing a new option to Bubble Up an email if you haven't received a reply by a certain date. This is super handy for situations when you're waiting on someone for something.
Imagine you email someone on Monday, and you really need to hear back from them by Friday. Just set that email to Bubble Up if they haven't replied by Friday, and it'll be front and center so you can nudge them for what you need.
Here are two ways to give it a go:
1. When you're writing a message, tap the 🫧 bubbles icon to Send and schedule this to Bubble Up if no reply by...
2. When you're viewing an email, tap Bubble Up (or keyboard shortcut z) and select If no reply by...
You'll see an⏳ hourglass icon to mark which emails you're waiting on a reply.
If you don't yet see it on your iOS or Android device, be sure to update to the latest version from the App Store / Play Store.
