New in HEY: Undo Send + Send New Messages From + Always Redeliver

HEY

Hey everyone,

We’re releasing three new features to kick off 2023!

1. Oops! You sent an email and caught a typo just after you hit the Send button. Or maybe you forgot to include the attachment. It happens to all of us. But now you can do something about it. Introducing Undo Send. To switch it on, tap on your avatar, and in your settings, tap Undo Sending. Then, when you send an email, you'll see an option to Undo (keyboard shortcut q) in the confirmation message at the top of the screen...

2. When you have multiple addresses in HEY – like a Gmail address you're forwarding and sending as, or another HEY account you've linked, you can now set which address you’d like to send new messages from. Tap on your avatar and head to Account Settings to set it up.

3. You know when someone keeps emailing you at your business email address when you'd prefer they email your personal email address? No matter how many times you tell them, they just keep sending to the wrong one. No problem — now you can automatically receive emails from a particular person at the address you want, even if they send it to a different one. To have it always redeliver, on an email, select More › Move › Redeliver to.

Thanks again for using HEY!

All the best,

–The HEY Team
